"Felt like it promised more than it delivered"
I tried Focus 1st because I was hoping it would help me stay more focused in class and maybe finally see my grades improve a bit.
At first, it seemed like it might be useful, but after using it for a while, I didn’t notice much of a difference. I still had trouble keeping up with homework and tests, so it kind of gave me that bait and switch feeling, like it sounded way more helpful than it actually was for me.
Maybe other people get better results from it, but my experience was underwhelming. I just didn’t see the academic improvement I was expecting.

"Actually tastes good"
I was a little unsure about the taste, because products like this can be tough to get down. But Focus 1st was surprisingly easy to drink. It’s not overly sweet, and there’s no weird bitter aftertaste, which I really appreciated.
It mixes well for me, and I can have it in the morning without feeling like I’m forcing myself through it. Taste matters a lot to me, and I also feel better sticking with something that doesn’t feel like a chore or a gimmick. For me, this one earns 5 stars.

"Returning my order turned into way more of..."
Returning my order turned into way more of a hassle than I expected. At first I thought, okay, simple return, no big deal. I followed the instructions, sent the emails, and tried to be patient. Then I started getting annoyed because I still had to keep chasing them for updates. The refund took much longer than they said it would, and the replies felt really slow. I was trying to stay calm about it, but by the end I was just frustrated and disappointed. For a basic return, it shouldn’t have been that difficult, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Simple enough for a daily routine"
I’ve been taking it daily and the dosage is straightforward, which I appreciate—no measuring or guessing, just easy to work into my routine. I haven’t needed to deal with customer service, and I’m glad because I’m usually skeptical about how helpful they’ll actually be. So far, the product itself has been hassle-free.

"I noticed I felt a bit more..."
I noticed I felt a bit more mentally clear on some days, but it wasn’t a huge difference for me. The site was easy to use, so that part was fine. My main complaint is that the next steps weren’t very clear, I kept feeling like I wasn’t sure what was supposed to happen after each part or what I should do next

"Maybe helped my focus a little"
I think this helped me focus a bit, though I’m not totally sure. Some days I noticed I was able to stay on task better, but other days felt pretty much the same. So overall, maybe a small improvement, just not every single day.

"Slow support, though they were polite"
I had mixed feelings about the customer service. They were friendly enough when they finally got back to me, but it took way too long to get a response, and my issue still wasn’t really sorted out properly. Not the worst experience, but definitely frustrating.

"Made my mood feel off"
I tried this for about a week, and my mood felt all over the place the whole time. What made it more frustrating was that the instructions and info weren’t very clear, so I wasn’t even sure if I was using it the right way. Either way, it didn’t feel good for me, and I won’t be using it again.

"Helped me stay focused a little longer"
I gave Focus 1st a try because my attention span has been all over the place lately. It’s not like it completely fixed everything, but I did notice I could stick with tasks a bit longer than usual. The site was simple to use, which I appreciated. I also reached out with a quick question and support basically said something like, “just use it consistently and give it a little time,” which felt fair. I’m giving it 4 stars because I still definitely get distracted, but it has helped enough that I’m going to keep using it.

"Shipping was reliable, but took a bit of chasing"
I ordered from focus1st.com and, overall, the shipping was decent. I did get the tracking after about a day or so, but I still felt like I had to keep checking and putting in more effort than I really wanted just to know where things stood. The package arrived within the timeframe they gave me, so that part was fine. The box had a small dent, but luckily nothing inside was damaged. Not a perfect experience, mostly because I don’t love having to stay on top of shipping updates myself, but it was still better than some other sites I’ve used. I’d probably order again.

"Side effects weren’t worth it"
I really wanted this to work, but the side effects hit me fast and I just felt off the whole time I was using it. I stopped after a short while because it didn’t seem worth pushing through. I also reached out with a question and the email replies felt like they were written by robots, which didn’t exactly help. Not something I’d try again, honestly.

"Pretty easy overall, just a little annoying"
The site was easy enough to use, I guess. I was on my phone and a few parts felt kind of awkward, but maybe that’s just how mobile sites are sometimes. I did end up finding what I needed, though it took more taps than I thought it would. Not a huge deal, just not totally smooth either.

It did help me focus a bit, actually, let me put it this way, I noticed I could stay on task better. But my sleep definitely got worse, so I’m not sure it was totally worth it for me.

"Actually felt more awake at work"
I’m usually skeptical of all the polished marketing talk companies use, but this was decent. I felt more awake during work, and the energy was steady instead of that wired-then-crash feeling. Nothing dramatic, just a noticeable boost. Happy with it.

"Helped me cut down on procrastinating"
I didn’t pay attention to every little change, but I did notice that after a few weeks I was putting things off a lot less. Especially with the tasks I usually avoid, I found myself just getting started instead of dragging it out all day.
